What makes you not quit when you’re tired? What causes you to keep  going despite the nay-sayers, the ridiculers, and when every fiber of your being says, “It’s enough?!”

That is the question, isn’t it?

If you look at every success formula out there, you will recognize that it all comes down to consistency.

Consistency in applying feedback. Consistency in taking action. Consistency  in planning. Consistency in believing that you can and you will succeed.


I tend to take a teacher’s approach when it comes to sharing life-changing mindset and skill set strategies and habits. The reason is I want to make the concepts easy to remember and simple to apply. So, sometimes, people can miss the wisdom, because of the format in which it is delivered, and dismiss the gems before they realize just how valuable a simple formula can be.

According to Robert Allen, we all procrastinate. It’s just that successful people procrastinate on different things than unsuccessful people. Check it out:

Unsuccessful people procrastinate on the 20% of activities that would make a difference in their lives and have no problem doing the 80% of activities that really don’t make a difference in the quality of their lives.

Successful people, on the other hand, procrastinate on the 80% of activities that really don’t make a difference in the quality of their personal and professional lives, and take immediate and consistent action on the 20% activities that do make a difference.

Which group do you want to be a part of?


1. BELIEVE that it is possible and you can get it through practice, learning what works, and taking action on what works.

2. PLAN how you will get it. Map it out, figure out the conflicts and the steps to take.

3. TAKE that first step, and keep taking consistent, and immediate action. Step by step and little by little you will hit benchmark after benchmark.

4. KEEP going! So what if they make fun of you? So what if you make a mistake? So what if it is hard, confusing or…. So what!

If you commit to not quit, you win – You can quote me on that one!

5. Okay – There were five. Celebrate every single bit of progress. It will not only feel great, it will, also, close the loop on that activity, relieve stress, AND provide much needed momentum energy!

Apply this simple formula and see just how quickly  you start to make progress toward your dreams.
